KidsTLC provides residential and outpatient services to children and families experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, developmental trauma, and autism. Programs include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF), outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for autism and related developmental disabilities, and family support and education.

O’Connell offers youth residential services in five facilities in Douglas County. Additionally, they offer prevention services; foster care, kinship, adoption, and independent living services; in-home mental health services; and youth mentoring.

The Specialized Foster Care program at Rainbows United started in 1994. Rainbows’ dedication to providing services to children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is at the heart of the program. Rainbows seeks and sponsors foster families who have experience working with children with IDD; foster parents have been teachers, paraprofessionals, nurses, or families who have members with disabilities.
