Advocacy

The Children's Alliance promotes the involvement of its members in the public policy process to ensure policies reflect the needs of children and families served by our member agencies. The Alliance is dedicated to ensuring that there are comprehensive, relevant and effective services in a fully integrated public/private network that protects and strengthens the well-being of children and families in Kansas.

We endorse continuation and strengthening of the current public/private partnership as it has achieved benefits and outcomes that are valued and essential for children and families needing these core services. The partnership needs to reflect the shared commitment of public agencies and private service providers to build and perfect an efficient and effective system of care.
